Finding Products:

There are several ways to find products:

BROWSE - click Shopping
Select the category most likely to contain the product and browse that category.  Some categories contain sub-categories just select (click) the category or subcategory of your choice from the list at the top and bottom of each catalogue page:

 BeansOnline > Section > Sub-Category

Note: when browsing you don't have to wait for each page to load completely.  If you see a link you need, click straight away

NAVIGATE - Using the Index

You can navigate the BeansOnline "family tree" of products.  Just select the subsection most likely to contain the product of your choice.
  

SEARCH - We have provided a powerful and quick Search

Simply enter the word(s) that most closely match the product of interest.  The result of your search is displayed as a list of hyperlinks. Just click to go straight to your chosen product.

Placing an Order:

There are three stages to place an order:

Find the products you require

Add them to your shopping basket

Check-out, completing your address and payment details to complete your order

To select products just click on the product of interest.

A confirmation page is displayed where you can check your selection and change the quantity of the selected item required.

At this stage you can:

• confirm and continue shopping,
• check-out immediately, or 
• cancel that selection.

At any time prior to checking out you may view and amend your selection (the contents of your shopping basket) by clicking Basket

Once you select "Checkout" on the shopping basket page or the Checkout  
button on the side navigator, a page is displayed showing the contents of your shopping cart to confirm the products selected and where you can select shipping destination (country).  This selection determines if VAT is applicable and any shipping charges that may be applied to your order.

Clicking "Next" reveals a simple form so that you can:

• tell us your address details (note: you MUST include a valid e-mail address)
• let us know if you are moving shortly
• say if the delivery address differs from your "invoicing"' address
• opt in or out of news letters from Beans Online
• choose to remember these details for next time. 
• indicate VAT exemption if applicable

Then the shipping method is shown and you can specify any special delivery instructions. 

Clicking "Next" takes you to a page which confirms your shopping cart again and a form requesting:

• delivery address (if you previously selected "separate delivery address")
  Note: you can save different delivery addresses for future use
• some (optional) general information
• your chosen payment method
• a purchase order / reference number (for your own purposes)
• any further notes regarding payment.

Then, selecting "Next" takes you to:

• our Secure Credit Card details form
  (if you opted for the "Credit Card" payment method)
• a page displaying your "RECEIPT" that you can print for your records.

You will receive an e-mail acknowledgment of your order or enquiry.

That's it - SIMPLE!

Browser Requirements:

SSL - Credit card details are encrypted and transmitted securely via secure server (SSL) and are only decrypted once we receive them.  As soon as your payment has been processed we delete your card details.

JAVASCRIPT - we use JavaScript as part of the Navigation and for making pop-up windows.  Please ensure your browser is JavaScript enabled.

COOKIES - Cookies are used on the shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
